PRICING AND SHIPPING RATES All Berkline orders are custom made to order with shipping quoted based on your location. Please call us or complete the request for quote form and we will get back to you quickly. The above is the reason why we do not have a shopping cart set-up for Berkline customers, everything is custom quoted based on the Berkline style, fabric/leather and accessories and actual freight charges. We will not be undersold and we guarantee the best price anywhere versus any other reputable vendor! We ship via Common Carrier to most addresses in the continental US and Canada. All prices include free curbside shipping with full insurance. Furniture can be heavy and we have worked extensively to get the best shipping prices. With curbside delivery, have help on hand upon delivery of shipment for unloading and moving the boxes. The address MUST be accessible by a tractor-trailer. Inside delivery is available for a small fee where the freight company will unload the furniture and bring them into your garage or nearest dry area. White glove delivery is also available, prices will be given at time of quote. It is important to inspect the cartons for any tears, punctures or signs of damage. Any freight / damage issues should they occur are to be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery and the damaged piece(s) should be refused. The damaged piece(s) will be replaced in a timely manner. Remote locations or inaccessible locations may add to the freight charge but we like to address any issues at time of order. We will request a smaller truck for delivery for customers that may have accessibility limitations. GUARANTEE All Berkline furniture exceeds industry quality standards. One of the best warranties in the business including a lifetime warranty on the reclining mechanism, wooden frame parts, spring system, and sleeper mechanisms. The cost of labor and shipping and handling to repair or replace defective part (s) for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Canadian customers pay the applicable taxes and $60 brokerage fee, these are all the extra charges Canadian customers must pay, there are no duties on any of our Berkline cinema series products. |
