Inside delivery is available for a small fee (available at checkout) where the freight company will unload the furniture and bring them into your garage or nearest dry area. It is important to inspect the cartons at the time of delivery. Any freight / damage claims should be made at the time of delivery and the damaged piece(s) should be refused. The damaged piece will be replaced in a timely manner. Remote locations or inaccessible locations may add to the freight charge. Rescheduling a delivery after a delivery attempt has been made may be subject to an extra charge by the freight company. Returns gladly accepted minus all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
