SHIPPING RATES We ship via Common Carrier to most addresses in the continental US and Canada. All prices include free curbside shipping with full insurance. Furniture can be heavy and we have worked extensively to get the best shipping prices. With curbside delivery, have help on hand upon delivery of shipment for unloading and moving the boxes. The address MUST be accessible by a tractor-trailer. Inside delivery is available for a small fee (available at checkout) where the freight company will unload the furniture and bring them into your garage or nearest dry area. It is important to inspect the cartons at the time of delivery. Any freight / damage claims should be made at the time of delivery and the damaged piece(s) should be refused. The damaged piece will be replaced in a timely manner. Remote locations or inaccessible locations may add to the freight charge. Rescheduling a delivery after a delivery attempt has been made may be subject to an extra charge by the freight company. Returns gladly accepted minus all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Fastest delivery: Delivery in as soon as 3-4 days. Average lead time is approximately 1 week from time of order so very quick turnaround. Please allow 1-2 weeks total from order to delivery. All deliveries include delivery appointments and we utilize only carriers that specialize in handling furniture. We do NOT use cheaper carriers that do NOT employ the utmost care with your order. The saying “you get what you pay” for does apply when shipping freight items. We only use the best carriers, our reputation depends on it to provide the service you deserve! Standard curbside delivery is included in all our pricing, you never pay extra unless you opt for the inside or white glove services. Inside delivery charge with lift gate service to the nearest “dry” area (home or garage) for all orders is a flat $150. Customers please note that we also have our "white glove" delivery option which includes 2 man delivery, 15 minutes of set-up and removal of debris as our premium service. Just select "white glove" as your delivery option. |
